Right. Our shopping cart will give you several options for international delivery, and calculate the shipping costs for your order when you check out. However, fees for customs/duties are beyond our scope, so taking care of all of that is on you.
Can I contact Stickstore customer service by phone?
No. Chris spent many years working in office administration, and developed a loathing of ringing telephones because of it. Trust us. If you want to be sure Chris hears your message, go with email, every time.
Why doesn’t Stickman ever wear pants in Stickstore?
It’s really not that cold.
What is your return policy?
Stickstore is pretty new to all this retail stuff, so we’re figuring it out as we go along. We hope that all of our orders are delivered perfectly, but if that doesn’t happen, we promise to do our best to solve problems as efficiently as possible. If something you purchased from Stickstore isn’t working for you, send us an email within 15 days telling us what happened, and we’ll work with you to get it resolved. Stickstore isn’t ginormous like Zappos or Amazon, so we can’t offer you fancy things like free return shipping (yet), but we will treat you like a human being and provide you with timely, responsive customer service.
What we won’t do:
We at Stickstore will never waste your time repeating “I’m sorry” ad nauseam while stating how much we’d like to help you, but can’t; we’d much rather put that energy into being proactive and solving problems. That said, please keep in mind that Stickstore doesn’t accept requests for returns/exchanges on any item that appears washed or worn, where tags have been removed or damage has been sustained by the customer. We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from Stickstore, but you have to play fair, just like we do.
